I’ll definitely give it a try, I have been looking to see if anyone’s tried doing something like this. Have you looked into the Redis notifications (http://redis.io/topics/notifications) that are in 2.8.x? It looks like it would be fairly straightforward to implement some code like the suggestion in https://github.com/Azure/aspnet-redis-providers/issues/11 into your solution.
